Unfortunately my Wednesday 2-3 drop-in at Bodywise will no longer be. I shall miss the class and hope you will be able make it to other classes.
I hope to see you at my workshops at Bodywise Sunday 7th February. You are welcome to come along to either one or both if you want to make a day of it. You may want to bring along a light snack to share in the break if you do stay. More details will follow soon.
