Maintaining a steady flow of breath deepens our connection between mind and body and brings lightness, joy and freedom of movement into our practice. We will combine simple Pranayama techniques to investigate breath awareness within the stillness of sitting or lying postures, and how our breath brings stillness within movement to gentle Asana postures. The workshop will be deeply relaxing and rejuvenating and suitable for everybody with a desire to deepen their knowledge and experience of Prana energy.
