I am taking a sabbatical year from September 2011 and won't be teaching in London anymore on a regular basis. However I will plan some workshops or classes in London,so keep an eye on my website for dates and details.
In the mean time, please come down to Suffolk for a Yoga weekend by the sea!
I will be teaching at the Hackney Forge on Tuesday the 4th of October 7.30-9pm!

Based in Leiston, I teach an integrative yoga which incorporates all aspects of classical yoga and brings the spiritual into our practice. We focus on individual Asana, Vinyasa, structural alignment, refining mental and emotional patterns, relaxation and meditation.
