The morning workshop is open to everyone with a basic knowledge of Yoga.
I would like to divide the morning starting with body releasing and Pranayama (breath awareness) followed by Asana (postures) with attention to alignment and the balance that gives freedom to the energy body, and finishing with deep relaxation.
The afternoon workshop (after a break and shared light lunch for those of you who will hopefully stay for both) will suit those who would like a deeper look into head and shoulder balance. It will be slow, gentle and non-scary! We’ll look at the basic principles of safe and enjoyable ways of moving towards a regular practice and how to use it for your personal life in Yoga.
